 Sunday, March 8 My sister in law asked me to make a last minute wedding card Friday night. I decided I would use Kazan's sketch on 2sketches4you.  Unfortunately, I forgot to upload the card before their deadline entry. That's alright, it still came out beautifully!  I got the designer paper at Walmart. It was part of a scrapbook paper pad and had beautifully designed papers in silver, white and black. I love how simple and elegant it turned out to be! I also made this monogram:  I love weddings! I hope to be able to plan mine soon (hint hint to the love of my life!). Pictures from the wedding will be featured at xoxoChelly as soon as I upload them. Hope you all had a great weekend! I want to blog more about my life but I also want to keep my paper crafts separate so I've decided to make two separate blogs. I also plan to enter more challenges. I will browse around ever so often to find different challenges to get my creative juices flowing! Hopefully you can join me! Last but not least, in case you still don't have a Cricut yet, please head over to your local Michael's store and see if they are on sale. My boyfriend and I went yesterday to window shop and to our surprise the Cricut was on sale for $299.99! Yes $299.99!! Well, like an addict that I am, we ended up buying it and a few other supplies. Boy, was I excited to open it up last night! So excited I decided to join the fun at Mojo Monday. Here is my take on Mojo 75:   I'm excited to be able to join in on these challenges. 4 comments Tuesday, February 10 Deloris sent the group another challenge in the mail. This one was a bit harder than last! But it definitely got my creative juices flowing! She sent the little blue circular things on the right. She actually sent a few in different colors, but I like the blue the best =) Those stamps are also the ones she sent me in the mail! I love them! Also, you probably can't tell in this picture but the stamped images are embossed! I bought a heat gun and some clear embossing powder a few weeks ago and fell in love with the look! 0 comments Thursday, January 15Deloris from the LovetheBug Yahoo Group, has challenged the group with an envelope challenge. She sent each of us an evelope of goodies to make a card with. Here is my take on the challenge. I am also testing various ways of taking pictures of my cards so please do feel free to leave suggestions! The first is on a white background.  The second is with the card laid down flat on the table.  Last but not least, this one is standing up on a black background.  Deloris definitely had my mind going last night!
